  1. Recognising and assessing whistleblower disclosures, including risk assessment and skill development.
  2. Supporting and protecting whistleblowers, including senior management ethical leadership and behaviour reinforcement.
  3. Roles, responsibilities and oversight, including developing a framework that meets internal and external reporting obligations.
  4. The regulatory role, including active education to reinforce awareness of best practice policy approaches.
  5. Public interest.
