Review under s.146(1)(m) of the Victoria Police Act 2013 of decision to dismiss - DRUG USE (STERIODS) - charge of improper conduct found proven on basis of reckless rather than intentional consumption - decision to dismiss set aside on May 2016, and in lieu, an adjournment of 12 months on conditions (section 76(1)(b) of the Police Regulation Act 1958) - on return (in a decision dated 11 May 2017) the Board found the conditions not me - further adjourned for six months with conditions focussed on member's welfare and health - Board now finds conditions satisfied - charge dismissed under section 78(2) of the Police Regulation Act 1958.
