PRSB conducted an online survey, interviews and focus groups with former police officers to find out about their careers, capability development and experiences of the registration and re-entry systems.
This Report offers valuable insight into the diverse career paths of former members, their capabilities, reasons for resigning and views and experiences of the registration scheme - useful information to help create a more welcoming and effective re-entry process to meet the needs of Victoria Police and its current and former members.
