- Not to confirm a protective services officer’s promotion (s.146(2)(a))
- To disallow a police officer’s promotion (s.146(1)(b))
- To disallow a protective services officer’s promotion (s.146(2)(b))
- That the police officer is unsuitable for promotion to a position of senior constable (general duties) (s.146(1)(c))
- To not promote the police officer, being a constable, to the rank of senior constable in the same position (s.146(1)(d))
