- Victoria Police is focussing on developing policies, training and systems which support safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces. The Division is involved in a range of programs and projects under the heading "Harmful Workplace Behaviours". This covers sexual harassment, gender and other forms of discrimination, bullying, workplace conflict and diversity and inclusion.

A number of proposed projects are focused on improving the quality, predictability, consistency and transparency of decision-making in the various areas.
- The PRSB’s work in advising on education and policy in the area of professional boundaries (including sexual relationships with vulnerable members of the public) continues and is based our view that the development of strategy and education in this area is strongly in the public interest.
The work of Professional Standards Division is integrated with research and learning from the Review and Registration Division.
