Referring disputes to the PRSB under clause 11
The Chief Commissioner has written to the President, PRSB to request continue to support the Board's ability to inquire into and report on matters contained in the sworn enterprise agreements. The purpose of the correspondence is to clarify the matters that the Board may inquire into and report on under the standing referral.

The President has issued a new Special Practice Note: Appeals. It applies to positions advertised in the Gazette from the 13th of April. It covers changes to the PRSB process that emerge from recent changes to the TPU process, as well as temporary changes due to the Victoria Government response to COVID-19.
