Questions include:

  • How does this make me feel?
  • Who is affected and how?
  • Who can I talk to about this issue?
  • Are there alternative framings of the issue that I should explore?
  • What are my best options?
  • What would happen if my thinking and decision became public?
  • What would cause me to change my mind and my decision?

These questions can help us formulate the issue in a more nuanced way, taking into consideration the powerful influence of framing, emotions and ethics conversations.

They can provide further training considerations on the application of the ethics frameworks.
