PRSB publishes fortnightly hearing lists for appeals and reviews, which are held in public unless otherwise ordered. Making lists available online is part of a longer-term strategy to improve accessibility and increase accountability across PRSB functions.
Appeal hearings are usually conducted on Mondays and Tuesdays during the fortnight after selections appear in The Gazette. Reviews are held as required. Only the details of public hearings will be published and listings will not include names of the parties.
Lists are updated fortnightly on the Monday after the appeal period closes (midnight on Thursday) except on public holidays. As hearing times are subject to change, anyone planning to observe should re-check the website as close as possible to the scheduled time.
